I grew up in New York, NY and have had an interest in veterinary medicine from a young age. What started as an adoration for my dog expanded into a career goal when I developed an interest in biology and physiology. I obtained a degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and simultaneously pursued research in canine oncology and ophthalmology laboratories at PennVet. Upon graduation, I immediately matriculated to the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine and completed my veterinary degree in 2022. When I am not working, I love to travel and try out new restaurants as a self-proclaimed amateur food critic. I also regularly lounge at home with my geriatric Shih Tzu named Tumi.
I am so excited to join the team at Friendship Hospital for Animals as a rotating intern in small animal medicine, surgery, and emergency medicine. Friendship truly embodies my belief that medicine is a collaborative process, including the entire medical team, the patients, and the patients’ families. I look forward to growing as a veterinarian alongside my incredible colleagues and future mentors.
