Overnight Patients

At Friendship, we understand that not all of your pet needs can be handled between the hours of 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. We have a veterinarian on the premises and are fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Specialty doctors and staff are on call, should their skills be required. If your pet needs to spend the night, you can be sure that our dedicated staff will be there for all of his or her needs.

Payment Policy

Our financial protocols are in place to ensure we are able to keep our doors open and provide exceptional care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Deposits may be required, along with a signed estimate, for hospitalized stays and/or elective surgeries/procedures, with full payment due at the time of discharge.

Full payment is due at time of services rendered for appointments and out-patient visits. We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, or Scratchpay. If you have a question about your bill, please contact us.

Pet Insurance

We believe insurance for healthy pets can provide peace of mind and help offset the financial burden of unexpected emergencies or advanced specialty care.

Many pet insurance policies require owners to pay veterinary bills up front. Our staff can assist you through the claims process by providing the necessary paperwork and signatures needed to file your pet’s claim. We also offer Trupanion Direct Pay, which allows those with a Trupanion policy to pay only part of the bill at checkout and to leave without waiting on claim approvals or reimbursements.

Understanding pet insurance and choosing a plan that is right for your family can be a confusing and daunting task.

We encourage all pet owners to conduct their own independent research.  If you are unsure of where to start, we recommend Pet Insurance Review, an impartial resource for pet owners looking to compare policies, review company ratings, and understand if pet insurance is right for you.

Friendship provides state of the art, comprehensive services for our clients and patients. But, more than that, we provide a caring team who understands the unique human-animal bond. View Our Services
