I grew up in the city of Galati, Romania- right on the banks of the Danube River. I earned my Master Degree in Animal Science from University of Agronomical and Veterinary Medicine, Iasi, Romania and worked on a large dairy farm in the heart of Transylvania (Dracula’s country) until 2000 when I moved to the United States.

Here I started my career in healthcare, running operations for several private practices and corporate hospital systems (while secretly wishing to one day go back to vet medicine).

I have 2 wonderful daughters, 2 naughty Australian Shepherds and 3 free spirited barn cats. On my free time I love hiking, playing tennis, soccer and traveling.
