I grew up in Charleston, West Virginia, and earned my DVM from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. During vet school, I found myself especially drawn to internal medicine and neurology, but I really enjoy the variety that comes with general practice and emergency medicine, too. I’m passionate about thoughtful, team-based patient care and the way we communicate in veterinary medicine — not just between doctors or services, but with the clients who know their pets best. I’m excited to continue growing as a clinician during my rotating internship at Friendship.
Outside of the hospital, I’m usually hanging out with my two chaotic cats (Francis and Georgie), my rabbit Evie, or thrifting for a good vintage find.
