Dr. Ryan is a proud native of the DC metropolitan area. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal, Poultry, and Veterinary Sciences from the illustrious Tuskegee University, then went on to complete her veterinary degree at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine—Go Hokies!
Dr. Ryan is excited to be part of the Internal Medicine team at Friendship as a specialty intern. She has a deep passion for solving complex medical cases and finds fulfillment in the challenges and rewards that internal medicine brings. With a strong commitment to patient care, Dr. Ryan is driven by her goal of becoming a board-certified internal medicine specialist. She’s thrilled to continue her training and take the next step toward residency.
When she’s not in the hospital, you can find Dr. Ryan binge-watching fictional crime shows, enjoying a long walk, or diving into creative projects that let her artistic side shine. Above all, she cherishes quality time with her family and friends.
